Return Policy
We gladly accept exchanges or returns for items in resellable condition within 30 days of purchase.
All returns must include your order number, name, and the reason for return. Incomplete returns may be sent back to the original sender. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds to credit cards typically take about 5–7 business days from the date we receive your return.

Order Changes

We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible on our website. However, actual colors may vary depending on your monitor settings. We cannot guarantee that your device’s display will exactly match the product’s color.
Free Subscription Items
Free items included with subscriptions—such as t-shirts, posters, and sticker sheets—cannot be replaced or exchanged. We are not responsible for free items lost in transit or affected by postal errors. Please double-check and select the correct t-shirt size when placing your order.
If your free item(s) are lost in transit, please file a claim with USPS or your local postal service.
